This is for a Dolly Baby Bears Nursery Lamp with Night Light that has Colorful Balloons. This is mostly plastic and requires some assembly. There are spots where the balloons snap in. There is a top piece that goes on that with more spots for the balloons to snap in. The top piece has some cracks in the plastic but still holds balloons fine. The light works good and base is in good condition. Comes with original box and all the balloons are here. Please see pictures for more details and ask any questions
